While members of the Section publish in a host of academic journals, law reviews, and presses, the Section maintains the Journal of Law & Courts as the flagship journal for our subfield.

Since 1990, the Law & Politics Book Review has provided timely reviews of recently published scholarly books in the Section. The current editor is Dr. Jennifer Bowie at the University of Richmond. New reviews are announced on the Law & Courts Listserv.

The Section publishes a regular newsletter which includes articles, notes, news items, announcements, commentaries, and features of interest to members of the Section.
